On April 11th, 2000 the fourth Time-Eye was installed on the roof of the Ain Shams University Network Center / Ain Shams University Cairo.

"Ain Shams" means "Eye of the Sun" and so the Time-Eye captures the sunlight from the sky over the so called "Sun Eye University" of Cairo
