On June 17th, 2000 the fifth Time-Eye was installed in New Orleans on the roof of the University Computer Research Center / University of New Orleans.

The Time-Eye is directed to the east to capture the sunlight from the sky over New Orleans, the so-called “Crescent City“ at the Mississippi river.
